Websites

New websites, and better ones, planned around the enquiry.

We build new websites and improve existing ones, planning design, clear messaging, enquiries and follow-up together. Before anyone recommends more advertising, we look at how customers find you and get in touch.

If you don't have a website yet

We start with who your customers are, what they need to know before they get in touch, and how you want enquiries to reach you. The site is built around that.

If you have one that isn't working

We look at what a visitor sees on a phone, how quickly it loads, whether the message is clear, and what happens to an enquiry after it's sent. Then we fix what matters most first.

What we plan together

  1. 1

    Design

Looks right for your business and works properly on a phone.

  2. 2

    Clear messaging

What you do, who it's for and where you work, clear within seconds, in the languages your customers use.

  3. 3

    Enquiries

Every contact button tested, and every enquiry landing where your team will see it.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

Someone owns each enquiry and replies in good time, and you can see that it happened.

Before more advertising

We follow the path a customer takes, from finding you to hearing back. Paying for more visitors doesn't help if the enquiries they send go unanswered.

You own the domain and the site. Third-party costs such as hosting are listed before you agree, training is part of the handover, and ongoing support is agreed separately if you want it.

Where it fits

Revenue Leakage, at the very front of the enquiry journey.

What it does

Makes what the business does, who it is for, where it works and how to get in touch clear within seconds, in the languages the customers use, on a phone.

What it doesn't do

It isn't a brochure and it isn't the business. If enquiries arrive and then disappear, the site was never the problem.

Possible controls

  • one obvious next step per page
  • every contact route tested
  • enquiries captured where the team works
  • pages that search engines can read

Every capability is one of the tools the control method may choose. We decide which after the Business Read, never before.

All the problems we fix

Start with the problem, not the software.

If something in the business keeps being chased, forgotten, delayed or brought back to you, we can start by understanding why.
